Given:-

Initial Velocity = 0m/s.

Mass of Body = 100kg

Distance Moved = 100m

Time = 5s.

To Find:-

The Velocity acquired by the body the Acceleration produced by the body and the magnitude of the body.

FORMULAE USED

  • v = u + at

  • S = ut + ½× a × t²

  • F = ma

Where,

v = Final Velocity

u = Initial Velocity

S = Distance

F = Force

m = mass

a = Acceleration

t = Time.

Now,

Using Second equation of motion to find Acceleration.

S = ut + ½ × a × t²

100m = 0 + ½ × a × 25

4 = ½ × a

a = 8m/s²

Hence, The Acceleration is 8m/.

Therefore, Using First equation of motion to find Final Velocity

v = u + at

v = 0 + 40

v = 40m/s.

Thus, The speed acquired by body is 40m/s.

Hence, Using F = ma to find force.

F = ma

F = 100 × 8

F = 800N.

Thus, The magnitude of Force is 800N
