  first   let us find the a of particle 

                           after double differenciating the equation we get a = -8+4t    ;  put t=4 to get a = 8 

                       now in the given eq.  subsitute t=4 to get the displacement as 12

                                   w=f.d          thus w = 3/1000 * 8*12 =0.288
