We Know that,
F=ma
We have mass of the body = 100kg but we do not have acceleration:-
So, In order to find acceleration, we will the Second Equation Of Motion:-
S=ut+1/2at²
100m = (0x5) + 1/2 x a x (5s)²
100 m = 1/2 x a x 25 sec²
100m = a x 12.5 sec²
(100/12.5)m/s² = a
∴ a = 8 m/s²
Now, In order to find Force we will proceed:-
F= ma
F= (100x8) kg m/s²
F= 800 kg m/s²
∴ F = 800 N
