Acceleration = v-u/t = 4 - 3/10 = 1/10 m/s

Force = Mass x Acceleration

Mass is in g = 400 g

400 g into kg .

1kg = 1000 g

___ kg = 400 g

= 400/1000 kg = 0.4 kg.

Force = 0.4 x 1/10 = 0.04 Newtons.
