Time = 5 seconds
Initial velocity (u) = 0m/sec ( since, body is at rest)
So,
So,
280 = 0 + 1/2* a * 25
Or, 250 = 25/2a
Or,a =250*2/25 = 20m/sec²
Now,
From NEWTON'S second law of motion
F= MA
Or,
F = 0.9 * 20 = 18N
