A force of 10 N acting a body of mass 10 kg for 10 seconds .find the change in momentum
mayank8181:
F=ma then, a = 1m/s^2 v = 10 m/s change in momentum = m × delta v = 10 x 10 = 100

F = ma
10 = 10a
a = 1
now, v = u + at
(v - u) = at
∆v = 1 × 10
∆v = 10
Now , momentum, P = m∆v
P = 10 × 10 = 100
10 = 10a
a = 1
now, v = u + at
(v - u) = at
∆v = 1 × 10
∆v = 10
Now , momentum, P = m∆v
P = 10 × 10 = 100
