A force of 100 N acts on a surface area 25 sq. cm. Calculate thrust and pressure. Calculate the changed pressure if the force now is reduced to 25 N-3

Thrust = Total force exerted by the body = 100 N

Pressure = Thrust / Area
Area = 25 sq. cm = 0.0025 sq.m

therefore , Pressure = 100 / 0.0025 
                               = 40000 Pa

If the force is reduced to 25 N  , 
Pressure = 25 / 0.0025
