Hii There!!!

Here, F = 100N , M= 25kg , a = ?

Since, F = ma

=) 100 = 25 × a

=) 100/25 = a

or a = 100/25

=) a = 4m/s^2

Hope it helps

The acceleration of the particle is 4 m/s²

Given : A force of 100N acts on a particle of mass 25 kg

To find : The acceleration of the particle.

Solution :

We can simply solve this numerical problem by using the following process. (our goal is to calculate the acceleration of the particle)

Here, we have to use the following mathematical formula.

Force = Mass × Acceleration

In this case,

  • Force = 100N
  • Mass = 25kg

By, putting the available data in the above mentioned mathematical formula, we get :

100 = 25 × Acceleration

Acceleration = 100/25 = 4 m/s²

(This will be considered as the final result.)

Hence, the acceleration of the particle is 4 m/s²
