( i ) Velocity = ( ? )
We have Mass = 2 kg
Time = 3s
Force = 10 N
Force = Mass × velocity / time
10 = 2 × v / 3
v = 15 m/s.
( ii ) Change in momentum = ∆ mv
Final momentum - initial momentum
=mv – m ( 0 )
=2 ( 15 ) – 0
= 30 kg m/s.
