Pressure = Force/Area

In case 1 --›
Force = 10N
Area = 0.1m²
Pressure = 10/0.1
= 100N/m²
= 100 Pa

In case 2 --›
Force = 10N
Area = 0.05m²
Pressure = 10/0.05
= 200N/m²
= 200 Pa

That means pressure got doubled!
