Answer:

Given: force = 1200N

Area = 10cm = 10^-3m² = 0.001m²

Pressure = ?

we have, Pressure = force / area

pressure = 1200/0.001 = 12*10^5 N/m²

Hey there!

Given,

Force(F) = 1200 N

Area (A) = 10 cm² = 0.001 m²

We know,

Thrust is the force acting normally to a surface.

So, Thrust = 1200 N

And, Pressure = Thrust / Area

                        = 1200 / 0.001

                       = 1200000 Pa

                       = 1.2 × 10⁶ Pa

Hope it Helps You!
