Pressure =Force/Area

P= 14/0.2
P=70 pascal....

pressure =  \frac{force}{area}

Given that Force = 14 N

area = 0.2 m^2


pressure =  \frac{14}{0.2}  = 70 \: pascal

Pressure is 70 Pascal.
