Question :-

⇒ A force of 20 N acts on a body of mass 30 kg for

5 seconds. Change in momentum of the body is ?

Given :-

  → Applied Force = 20 N

→ Time for which force has been

applied on the body = 5 seconds

To Find :-

   → Change in momentum

Solution :-

→  ΔP = Change in momentum,

   →   F = Applied force

→ Δ t  = time for which force has been applied on the body

   → ΔP = F × ΔT

  → 20 × 5 = 100 kg/ms
