v denotes final velocity of body

F denotes Force acting on body

t denotes time interval of body

u denotes initial velocity of body

KE denotes Kinetic Energy of body

So we know,

KE = 1/2 mv^2

But here v (velocity) is not given so firstly we find v, To find v we use

v = u + a×t ...(1)

But we dont know a also so by

F = m×a

=> a = F/m

=> a = 20 / 2

=> a = 10

Value of a put it in eq(1) to find v

v = u + a×t

=> v = 0 + 10×3 (as initially u=0 and t = 3 )

=> v = 30 m/s

Now Putting the value of v in KE formula we get
