Force only applied for 4 seconds.
and remaining 6 seconds is covered be constant velocity.

We have provided with,
F = 4 Newtons ✓
Initial velocity = 0 ✓
Time = 4 seconds ✓
Final velocity = v

then,
a = (v-u)t = (v-0)/4 = {v/4}•••{Acceleration}

Now,

F = m*a
4 = 2*v/4
v/2 = 4
{v = 8 m/s}•••{Final velocity}

Distance covered in these 4 seconds,
v² = u² + 2as
8² = 0² + 2*2*s
64 = 4s
4s = 64
{s = 16 metres}•••{Distance covered in first 4 seconds}

From now,
Force stopped,
And by Newton's First law of Motion,

∅A body will remain in rest or in uniform motion with constant velocity unless it is compelled by an external force.∅

So,
Now, the body is travelling with constant velocity of 8 m/s.

time remaining = (10-4) = 6 seconds.

We know,
Distance = Speed*Time
Then,
Distance = 8*6
= {48 metres}•••{Distance covered in the last 6 seconds}

Total distance = Distance covered in the first 4 seconds + Distance covered in the last 6 seconds

= 16 + 48
= 64 metres
