= 5 × 6 × cos 30

= 30 × underoot 3 / 2

= 15 underoot 3 joules .

Given :

Force applied , F = 5 N .

Angle from horizontal surface , \theta=30^o .

To Find :

The work done in moving the object to 6 m .

Solution :

We know , work done is given by :

W=Fd\ sin\ \theta\\\\W=5\times 6\times sin \ 30^o\\\\W= \dfrac{30}{2}\ J\\\\W=15\ J

Therefore ,  work done in moving the object to 6 m is 15 J .

To Find :

Work , Power and Energy
