Here you need Work Energy Theorem.
Acceleation=5/15=0.33m/s^2
velocity at end of the first second=0.33m/s
Now work done will be equal to change in kinetic energy.
Kinetic energy=0.5×15×0.33×0.33=5/6J
so work done will be 5/6J
