Due to force, the object gains a velocity of 6 m/s
We know that,
Force = mass × acceleration
= F = ma
= F = m × v-u/t
= 80 = m × 6-0/3
= 80 = m × 2
= 80/2 = m
= 40 = m
Therefore, the mass of the object is 40 kg.
