Explanation:

We have to find the moment of inertia of force about B.

So we have to take the moments at point B.

M_B  = 693( 0.2) + 400 ( 1.6 )

Since the direction of torque acing at point A is clockwise.

∴ It is denoted with a positive sign.

M_B  =   138.6 + 640

\mathbf{M_B}  = 778.6 Nm

The moment of inertia of force about B has a positive sign.

So it in a clockwise direction.
