F=ma
F=8N
m=40kg
a=F/m
a=8/40
a=0.2m/s²
Now, v=u + at
v=0+0.2×20
v=4m/s
s=ut+at²/2
s=0+0.2×20²/2
s=0.2×400/2
s=80/2
s=40m

Answer:

Explanation:

Force =ma

Given Force =8N

mass =40kg

acceleration=Force/mass

a=8/40

acceleration=0.2m/s²

assume

v = final velocity

u = initial velocity

Now, v=u + at

final velocity =0+0.2×20

final velocity =4m/s

2.

assume

s= distance travelled

s=ut+at²/2

s=0+0.2×20²/2

s=0.2×400/2

s=80/2

distance travelled=40m
