mass of the object is given

M = 100 kg

weight of the object is

W = mg = 100 * 9.8 = 980 N

now the normal force on the block is given as

N = W = 980 N

also we know that

F_f = \mu_s N

we required 98 N force to slide the block so friction force on the block must be 98 N

now we have

98 = \mu_s * 980

\mu_s = 0.01

so coefficient of friction will be 0.01 on this surface
