The magnitude of the force is :

√2² + 3² + 1² = √14 = 3.742

Magnitude of the distance is :

√(-2)² + 1² + (-1)²

√6 = 2.449

Work done = Force × Distance

Work = 2.449 × 3.742 = 9.164 Unit Joules
