sing the two forces ' a ' and ' b ' are acting on the same object in the same direction, so the resulting force ( net force ) will be the arethematic sum of the two forces.
So adding up the two forces we get
Net force = force ' a ' + force ' b '
= (a + b) units.
So adding up the two forces we get
Net force = force ' a ' + force ' b '
= (a + b) units.
