Sir,

I am a resident of XYZ Colony since last 10 years. This letter is to bring your attention towards some folks who have moved in to my adjacent house recently. Every night, they seem to play quite a loud music which is just so unbearable as I have kids who have to go to school early morning.

Hence, I request you to please take an action and send them required notice as early as possible to stop the nuisance created by them.
