Dear Sir,
In our day-to-day life we are watching students becoming obese due to the Unhealthy eating habbits and Junk food. We should take care of this because the students of our school are too becoming obese before their age to be so.

To prevent this we can apply for our school to give an introduction to Ayurved and apply in our daily life. This will take care of both our students and our teachers. Ayurved to be applied in our life is a very good habbit. Using Ayuvedic diets all the students and teachers of our school will be always fit and no disease will be there, both in the season of winters and hot summers too.

For an introduction and demo of Ayurvedic diet we can contact to "Ayurvedic Experts". They will provide a demo to introduce Ayurved and to apply in our daily lives. It will surely affect to our daily lives.
