Subject: Request for Upgradation of Computer Laboratory

Respected ma'am:

I wish to state that our computer laboratory requires immediate upgradation for the convenience of our school children. Most of the computers there are obsolete. The CRT monitors affect students’ eyes adversely. I on behalf of all the students who study computers request you to install the following:      

40 latest CPU’s, UPS’s and LED Monitors with wireless Mouses and Keyboards   High-speed internet connection   Printer 20 pairs of headphones with microphones.

The computer lab also requires at least two units of air-conditioners.

Without them the CPU’s and other heat sensitive equipment may get damaged. I

hope you will take prompt action in this regard. Thanking you.
