NEW LENGTH OF THE ELASTIC BAND = 110% of 4m

= 110/100*4 = 22/5
=4.4m

THEREFORE,NEW LENGTH OF THE ELASTIC BAND WILL BE 4.4m IF IT'S LENGTH IS INCREASED UP TO 10%
