2nd condition...
X/y+1=1/4
4x=y+1
4x-y=1....(2)
From (1) and (2)
3x-y=3...(1)*4
4x-y=1...(2)*3

12x-3y=3

Put y=15 ineq (1)
3x-15=3
3x=3+15
X=18/3=6
