Let x be the numerator and y be the denominator.

Condition 1:. x+3/y-2=5/3

(x+3)*(3)=(y-2)*(5)

3x+9=5y-10

3x-5y= -19------(1)

Condition 2:. x-2/y+2=1/2

(x-2)*2=(y+2)*1

2x-4=y+2

(2x-y= 6)*5==10x-5y=30-----(2)

(1)-(2)

3x-5y= -19

10x-5y=30

(-). (+). (-)

__________

-7x=-49

x= -49/-7

x=7

2x-y=6

Substitute x=7

2*7-y=6

14-y=6

-y=6-14= -8

y=8

Therefore the fraction is 7/8
