let fraction be

 \frac{x}{y}

according to the question!!

 \frac{x + 2}{y + 2}  =  \frac{9}{11}

11(x+2)=9(y+2)

11x+22=9y+18

11x-9y=18-22

11x-9y=-4.........................1️⃣

according to the question!!

y-x=2

y=2+x........................2️⃣

by putting the value of (y) from equation 2️⃣in equation1️⃣

11x-9y=-4

11x-9(2+x)=-4

11x-18-9x=-4

2x-18=-4

2x=-4+18

2x=14

x =  \frac{14}{2}

x=7

Now ,by putting the value of (x) in equation. 2️⃣

y=2+x

y=2+7

y=9

thus fraction is

 \frac{x}{y}  =  \frac{7}{9}
