Let the numerator be x and denominator be y

x+2/y+2=9/11---------equation1

x+3/y+3=5/6-----------equation2

by equation1

11(x+2)=9(y+2)

11x+22=9y+18

11x-9y+21-18=0

11x-9y+3=0---------equation3

by equation2

5(x+3)=6(y+3)

5x+15=6y+18

5x-6y+15-18=0

5x-6y-3=0----------equation4

(11x-9y=-3)×5 = 55x-45y=-15 (eq. 5)

(5x-6y=3)×11 = 55x-66y=33 (eq. 6)

evaluate eq.5 and eq.6

21y=-48

:y=16/7

put value of y in equation 3

11x-9y=-3

11x-9(16/7)=-3

11x-144/7=-3

11x=-3+144/7

x=123/77

Therefore fraction is 16×77/123×7

16×11/123

176/123
