Let the fraction be x/y
A.T.Q
X×3/Y-2 =3/5
3x/y-2 = 3/5
3x = 3(y-2)/5
3x = 3y-6/5
3x × 5 = 3y-6
15x = 3y - 6
15x - 3y + 6 = 0 .........(i)
Again,
x+4 / y ×2 = 5/14
By cross multiplication
14(x+4) = 5(2y)
14x + 56 = 10y
14x - 10y + 56 = 0.........(ii)
Now, solve it by any suitable method
