₹ 3720 .

\mathfrak{\large{\underline{\underline{Given:-}}}}

The power rating of fridge is = 2kw.

Cost of energy = ₹3 / kwh.

\mathfrak{\large{\underline{\underline{Solution:-}}}}

Energy disipiated by fridge is given by formula :-

\boxed{\sf{ <strong>E</strong><strong> </strong>= P × T × N}}

Where E is energy consumed.

P is power

T is time

N is no. of days.

Number of days in December and January = 2 × 31 = 62 days.

Energy consumed by fridge = \bold{E = 2 × 10 × 62 }

Energy consumed by fridge = 1240 kwh

Cost of energy is ₹ 3 / kwh.

Cost of energy in these two months = 3 × 1240

= ₹ 3720 Ans...
