The following steps must be taken :-
1. A time table should be made for the person which should consist of timings of everything and should be followed strictly.
2. The person should be given knowledge about the harmful effects of being addicted to games and should be made to realise them.
3. The person should be made to stay away from games for sometime , and even if he plays there should be a certain time limit for playing.
