A frog can live on land, but it's baby cannot why

Frogs do have gills as well as fully developed lungs which help them to survive both on land and underwater.


On the other hand, tadpoles have chubby bodies, long tails and they do not look like a frog eventually in which they turn into.


Their lungs take time to develop but once developed they too can live on land.
