A frog hops along a straight line path of 7 cm from point A to point B in 10 seconds and then turns around and hops 4 cm back to point C in another 5 seconds. Calculate the frog's average speed and average velocity in hopping (a) from A to B (b) from A to C. guys i need answer pls help me it is very urgent

Answer:

1.From A to B

distance=7cm

time =10sec

displacement=7(object is moving in straight line)

now

average speed=7/10cm/s²

= 0.7cm/s²

average velocity=7/10cm/s²

= 0.7cm/s²

2.From A to C

distance=11cm

displacement=7--4=3cm

Time =10+5=15sec

now,

average speed=11/15cm/s²

=0.733333 cm/s²

average velocity=3/15cm/s²

=0.2cm/s²
