Step-by-step explanation:

Total distance from the well = 23 cm

The frog jumps 16 cm and falls 10 cm.

So we can say, the total jump of frog = 16 cm - 10 cm

                                                              = 6 cm

From the ground level = 23 cm - 6 cm

                                      = 17 cm

Therefore the final answer is 17 cm from the ground level
