when Rutherford experiment by scattering the Alpha particles on the gold foil he found that it most of the the ray passes without any disturbance but some of the Re reverse back that means some force is acting on it which is the same as the charge of Alpha particles....
by this we conclude that the nucleus of atom is positively charged....
