Given : a fruit basket has 6 apples. it has twice as many oranges as apples as bananas.

To Find : how many more oranges than bananas are there.

Solution:

oranges  = twice apples

Apples = 6

=> Oranges = 2 * 6 = 12

Apples twice as bananas

Apples = 6

=> 6 = 2 * Bananas

=> Bananas = 3

Oranges - banana = 12 - 3 =  9

9  more oranges than bananas are there in Basket
