The knife is sharp due to which its area decreases and when the area decreases the pressure will increase the fruit can be cut it easily
so that the reasons fruit can be easy to cut with knife.

WE KNOW THAT PRESSURE = FORCE ÷AREA
SHARP KNIFE HAS LESS AREA THAN A BLUNT KNIFE .SO WE ARE ABLE TO CUT ANYTHING WITH SHARP KNIFE EASILY AS COMPARE TO BLUNT KNIFE.
