30.30

Step-by-step explanation:

given :

25 kgs ==> rs 26/kg

15 kgs ==> rs 24/kg

25 * 26 = 650

15 * 24 = 360

total amount = 1010

let us consider this rs 1010 as 100%

they had mentioned that by mixing hem all he had a profit of 20%

1010   100%

  ?        20%

by cross multiplying,

1010 *20 / 100

= rs 202

now add this rs 202 with total amount rs 1010

now for 40 kgs  of grapes the total amount is rs 1212

per kg grapes should be sold at 1212 / 40

1212 /40 = 30.30

Hence from this we came to know that as the grapes of different categories get and it will sold at rs 30.30 they will get a discount of 20%
