a fruit seller bought bananas @ rupees 9 per dozen and sold them at a loss of 5% find the SP of 1 banana

Selling price = cost price - loss
                    = 9 - 9*5%
                    = 9 - 0.45
                    = 8.55 for 1 dozen of bananas
   S.P of 1 banana = 8.55/12
                              = 0.7125 rupees only
