A fruit-seller bought bananas at the rate of 3 for ₹8 and sold them at the rate of 2 for ₹7. Find his gain or loss per cent.​

Answer:

A man bought 3 bananas for 8 ,i.e each banana cost him 8/3=2.6

Sold 2 bananas for 7 RS,i.e selling cost of each banana is 7/2=3.5

profit=purchase price-price sold=3.5-2.6=0.9

profit=0.9 rs
