A fruit -seller bought bananas at the rate of 3 for ₹ 8 and sold them at the rate of 2 for ₹ 7 . Find his gain or loss per cent .

3 bananas costs =₹8
1 banana cost=8/3
Cp of one banana =2. 7

Sp of 2 ban. = 7
Sp of 1 ban. =7/2=3.5
Profit =3.5-2.7= 0. 8
Profit %=(0.8/2.7)*100
