A fruit vendor bought 600 apples for Rs 20000. He spent Rs 2500 on transportation. How much should he sell each to get a profit of Rs 10000?

Given:-

600 apples for Rs.4800

Transpiration =400

Solution:-

Apples cost price is 4800+400=Rs.5200

Now,

SP=5200+profit

=5200+1000

=6200

So,

SP of 600 apples =Rs.6200

Then,

SP of apples =\sf \dfrac{600}{6200}

\sf \green{\boxed{Rs.10.33}}
