CP of 4 apples = Rs. 10
｡･｡CP of 1 apple = 10/4
= Rs.5/2
SP of 9 apples = Rs. 21
｡･｡SP of 1 apple = 21/9
= Rs.7/3
Loss= CP - SP
= 5/2 - 7/3
= Rs.1/6
Loss Per cent = ((1/6)/(5/2))*100
= 20/3%

the right answer is 20/3
as after finding CP and SP,, we have to find the loss=5/2-7/3 = 1/6 ,,,,,,,,Loss Per cent =( 13/2 )/ (5/4) *100 = 20/3
