Answer:

There are different types of fuels used in the aviation industry and the fuel to be used will be based on the type of engine installed

heavy vehicles on road (trucks, cranes, etc.) = diesel

heavy vehicles for air ( copter, planes ) = diesel

Jet fuel is a clear to straw-colored fuel, based on either an unleaded kerosene

(Jet A-1), or a naphtha-kerosene blend (Jet B). Similar to diesel fuel, it can be used in either compression ignition engines or turbine engines.

rockets = hydrogen gas

for water transport vehicles =Most ships produce their electricity using diesel engines. Others use gas turbine engines to generate electricity. Still, others use a combination of the two. Diesel engines use heavy fuel oil (“HFO”) while gas turbine engines use marine gas oil(“MGO”), which is similar to the fuel used in jet airplanes.

NOTE: A DIESEL ENGINE HAS HIGHEST EFFICIENCY i.e. 40% (EXCLUDING HYDROGEN FUELS)
