f(x) = 2x-5

Thus, f(x) at x = 7 is:

f(7) = 2(7) - 5

= 14 - 5

= 9

and, f(x) at x = -3 is:

f(-3) = 2(-3) - 5

= -6 - 5

= -11

Hence, f(7) = 9 and

f(-3) = -11
