The organism is Rhizopus.
condition required:
thick spore wall
contact with another moist surface
bread mould

the organisms which reproduce by spore formation are:

◆ fungi
◆ algae

bread mould ( form of fungi which reproduces by spore formation )

now, the conditions favourable for spores to germinate and grow are:

◆ moisture
◆ nutrition
◆ warmth or heat

bread provides all of these when kept in warmth.

that is why bread moulds can be seen easily.
