A garden 60 m long and 45 m wide. A path 4 m wide runs outside around it. Find the area of path. Also, find the area of garden in hectare

area of path = (60 + 8)(45+8)

                     = 68*53

                     = 3605m^2

area of garden = 60*45

                         = 2700m^2

we know , 1m^2 = 0.0001 hectare

so 2700m^2 = 0.27 hectares
